Not worth it, invest your hard earned money some where else. Not a day goes by when I regret buying a house here. Reasons are many : RWA- Probably one of the most corrupt, incompetent, biased and rude RWA in the history of RWA's. Most of them are old and will only favour people whom they know. Civilians are considered as second class citizens here.RWA will make your life living hell once you bought a house here. They will interfere in everything you can possibly imagine, and the only way you can get things done here is either thru bribing them or knowing some one at the top position. Even the person working at the lowest position in RWA will treat you as a slave and will threaten you at every given opportunity. They are worst than any government official you have ever seen. Community: The concept of community is not at all applicable in this sector. There are no celebrations of festivals except Durga Puja. No facilities for children, there are few parks but kids are not allowed to play as it disturbs the elderly. No sports facility, no swimming pool absolutely nothing. People here hate new neighbours, they will do absolutely everything to make your life difficult. Not a place for young people or young family: This is truly a sector for elderly, very few kids can be seen. No facilities for children. No parking place: Fights over parking place is a daily things here. Neighbours call police on each other all the time. Pathetic Infrastructure - The buildings are old and falling apart, there is hardly any maintenance, once you enter the sector it looks old, unkept and depressing. Dog shit everywhere, overgrown trees , no proper street light. Theft- It's a daily occurrence. Some where or the other you will often hear some ones house being ransacked. Thiefs roam around like stray dogs. It's pathetic.read more
