Good things here
Close to the city yet peaceful. Good connectivity for people travelling to NTPC, and Balco for work. Most spacious and newly constructed building.
Things need improvement
There are no concerns about the locality at all. There are already folks living in the three units of 3BHK I have rented to a big MNC for its official who is working on Balco Project
