Kushaiguda is a suburb of Hyderabad, India. It is situated towards the eastern part of the city and is surrounded by the neighbouring localities of Bolaram, ECIL, Ramanthapur, Uppal and Nacharam. It is home to many educational institutions and several tech parks. Kushaiguda is a residential neighbourhood with many apartments and independent houses that are mainly occupied by families. The area is well-connected to the rest of the city through the Outer Ring Road and is also served by the Hyderabad Metro. Kushaiguda is a vibrant area with many shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and banks. Good things here

Its a 3 BHK premium flat in an apartmdent with all the requires amenities. Flat has high end branded fittings and 24 hour water facility. You can easy access to Markets, Malls, Hospitals and schools

Nothing. All good. There is no major issues reported from other residents who staying in the same apartment.

Shopping malls, banks, temples, hospitals, and yes, extremely nice lighting at night, cabs are available It is a really secure neighbourhood, bus terminals are quite clean and neat, and students may do their work there.
