Good things here

I really enjoyed my time living in this society. The neighbors were nice, friendly, and humble, which made for a pleasant community atmosphere. The connectivity was excellent, with public transport easily available. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste was a great feature. Having a market nearby added to the convenience. The designated parking for each resident was well-managed and rules were followed. The construction quality was excellent with no issues of seepage or termites, and the apartments had proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. I also appreciated the well-maintained amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse.read more

Things need improvement

I stayed in this society for four years and left in 2020 during the COVID pandemic. During my stay, I had no issues at all. Everything was well-maintained and managed, and I was completely satisfied with my living experience.read more

The society offers a pleasant and calm environment with spacious surroundings. The excellent water facility and power backup ensure convenience for residents. Things need improvement

To have metro construction happening in front of the society, causing disturbances for the residents. The noise and other inconveniences associated with construction can indeed be disruptive. Additionally, the presence of pollution around the society adds to the discomfort. It's essential to address these issues promptly to minimize the impact on residents' quality of life.read more

It is a nice project with beautiful environment in the society. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good.
