Amenities consist only of a gym and a play area, which is limited. Connectivity is good if we book an available apartment in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect daily. Public transportation stops are available within 100 meters, which is very convenient. Hospitals are available nearby for emergencies. Cleanliness in the society is very good, except for some stray dogs roaming outside.read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is poor; there are leaks and seepages in the society. Despite raising these issues, the association won't do anything. There is visitor parking in the society. The metro station is around 5 kilometers away from the society, which is inconvenient.read more
