Regular maintenance of roads, parks, and other infrastructure is done. Cleanliness and safety are not a concern in any scenario as these are taken care of very well. Ample parking space for visitors along with residents is another key point that is the specialty of this place.

Overall a nice project with all the basic amenities available at one place like a gym, health clubs, stores, ATMs, jogging tracks. Etc. Anyways I feel that the prices are on the higher side also there is a regular mobile network issue which creates concerns for people who do work from home. Otherwise, the connectivity, safety, availability of lush greenery as well nearby markets, malls, schools, and colleges makes keep it ahead of other projects.

Good things here

The school, malls and restaurants are good and easily accessible for each and everyone. There is no crime history in our area according to me. Electricity Charges are fair according to the government and frequently power cuts. The transportation facility are available and can be reachable distances for everyone in families. There is no shortage of water in our area.

Raj Nagar has an expansive green zone, which is quite hard to find in the NCR region. Restaurants, malls and markets are available in close reach and public trabsportation is easy to find. The few downsides are lack of proper civic management and no metro connectivity, though it is set to change with the upcoming metro project at Raj Nagar Extension.

Raj Nagar Extension is an affordable locality with decent connectivity with Delhi NCR. Markets and grocery stores are all available nearby and the railway station is also reachable within half-an-hour. However, there is lots of pollution here and poor garbage disposal management. Some street lights also do not work properly at night. There is also no dedicated metro station for this locality.

Raj Nagar is in the outer areas of Ghaziabad and is yet to see full development. Though basic amenities are available, the problem is irregular water supply, traffic congestions and lack of parking spaces. In terms of liveability, the locality is decent enough and developing.
