So the area is really good lighting is sufficient near the roads the connectivity is really great, public transport facility are available and shops and basic necessity can be accessed easily

The locality is quite close to the industrial area so it is very popular among young professionals. I found a very affordable 2-bhk apartment on rent here for a low deposit. The area is quite well-developed therefore there are not many parks here for kids.
