I Like the place it has no water storage in the area and all great facilities are there nearby like Schools, hospitals, malls, local markets, restaurants and all the necessary things. My experience is mostly very good. Just the waterlogging is an issue at times during heavy rains, but overall the location is really pleasant to stay at and comes with all the basic infrastructure that one requires.

Vasant Kunj has multiple roads running through which make it a great option overall. You can also access the IGI Airport in quick time as well. This makes it a wonderful option for residing in the Capital City.

Very high lifestyle area with all top people living here. DDA flats are also there. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood and very easy to get everything quickly. One of the best areas to stay in New Delhi.

It is one of the poshest areas in New Delhi. Many woud say that waterlogging and all is there but I still say that find me a locality as nice and clean as this one. I love the living experience here.

City buses are available all the time. Roads are well maintained and properly lit during night. Parking space are good. We also have a gym with sufficient equipments here. The drainage system is good and waste disposal occurs on a regular basis.

I feel the the flats are overpriced and the rent is also a bit high than the other parts of the cities. Metro railway station is a little far away from this place, although one can easily get an auto to reach there.

Transport facilities are good as we can get buses, autos and cabs anytime we want. Parking spaces are good and all the basic amenities are also available nearby. There is ample greenery in the locality and the streets are well lit as well

Air pollution is something you can't avoid here due to heavy traffic jams. Water facilities are very poor and parking spaces also should be increased. The locality sees a lot of traffic congestion in the peak office hours but there are police officials as well as multiple street lights that help control the situation to some extent.

The Vasant Kunj area is good to live in and the neighbours are quite helpful. The roads are clean and well maintained by the local authorities. There are shops and markets available at a walkable distance. The water facility in the locality is also good.
