Good things here

All great Schools, hospitals, colleges, malls are so accessible from this locality. There is no any type of water shortage. Here I never heard any history of crime. This society is pollution free. It is clean all time. I have never faced any pollution issues in this society.

This locality is in the heart of OMR very near to Bollineni Zion project which is a big landmark and also just 3 km from Sathyabama university.. It's positioned in between OMR and Sithalapakkam which makes it hot location for people who would like to connect OMR, ECR and GST, vandalur easily. Also, populated environment which Housing board apartments in the locality with Police booths around the location which makes safe location. Other amenties like Schools, Hospital and Colleges are all available within 3 KM distance and upcoming OMR metro is also accesible easily.

safety is a big issue and nights are not safe for women. very good transportation is available at a walking distance at the Mahabalipuram road. the transportation is available from 4am till 11 pm at night.
