The streetlights are placed everywhere and no issue regarding cab availability. They will take the electric charges as per the government announced. No history of any crime in this locality. There great schools and hospitals nearby which I liked the most.

Nothing to say about this locality. Certainly the best locality I have ever seen. There is no water shortage issue and there are great hospitals and schools in a walkable distance. I certainly feel safe for my family in this locality. No issue about transportation or cab facilities.

Nagarbhavi is one of the best residential areas in Bengaluru. Its closeness to Global Village, IT park, Mysore road, NICE corridor, Tumkur road and Magadi road makes it an ideal investment option. Many temples are at walkable distance. It is a pollution free area.

Nagarbhavi is the one of the best locations for office-goers. The place is well connected by road, metro and autos to various parts of Bengaluru. All basic amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, ATMs, markets, restaurants, hotels, salons and malls are available nearby.

Nagarbhavi is known for its connectivity to other places of Bengaluru. Traffic jams during peak hours is a great concern for the residents. The pollution is high during the day time. Water availability is good in the area. Water logging during rainy season creates dis-satisfaction among the residents. The cost of living is comparatively high.

Nagarbhavi is a central location for both IT and non-IT professionals since connectivity to IT hubs and other commercial areas are equally available. Never experienced water scarcity. Power cuts are very less. Metro facility is the take-away of the place which everyone needs in modern life. Restaurants providing foods of various regions are available. Place is safe since police patrolling and street lights are always on.

There are good roads like Magadi Road available here and also the metro is nearby. Roads have potholes on some stretches but overall prospects are nice for the locality. This is a residential zone that has a reasonable price point.

Nearest metro is only 2 kilometres away, which is a major plus point also. Hence, it makes for a very interesting option for living in the Garden City. It offers very decent infrastructure and amenities.

Lots of options were here for buying flats and so I decided to take the plunge accordingly. I was very happy with the housing society and also the price point. It's a good locality that you can reside here in Bangalore.

Nagarabhavi is a Bangalore, Karnataka, India, residential neighbourhood. Nagarabhavi is located in West Bangalore, between Mysore Road and Magadi Road. It is bounded on the north by Vijaynagar, on the east by Bangalore University and Chandra Layout, on the west by Magadi Road and Sir.M.V.Layout, and the south by Kengeri. Nagarabhavi is classified into two stages: Nagarabhavi 1st stage and Nagarabhavi 2nd stage. This neighbourhood is traditionally recognized as the home of Bangalore University, although it also contains the National Law School of India University. Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology is also located in this region. And the second level of KLE Institute at Nagarabhavi. The first stage of Nagarabhavi includes the communities of Maruthinagara, Kalyana Nagara, Nagarabhavi Village, Canara Bank Colony, Bhairaveshwara Nagar, and Moodala Palya, among others. These neighbourhoods are densely inhabited and have a lot of business activity along the main Nagarabhavi road. In addition, these locations have narrower streets and more rugged terrain. The second stage of Nagarabhavi is opposed to the first. While the first stage is quite old, the second stage is a newer location. The latter is exceptionally well designed, with most areas having broad roadways and excellent road connectivity.
Construction of the elevated expressway, will help to significantly ease traffic burden.
The 8-lane Peripheral Ring Road will help to decongest traffic in the entire area
The area is on the way to great connectivity to several major destinations and business zones, along with being an educational hub
BBMPs current plan to widen the road perimeter
Top line schools opening their branches owing to the demand
