Lower Parel has very little traffic congestion and public transport is quite easily available. The roads are neat and has several schools nearby. However, the only drawback is ill-maintained footpaths.

There are lot of good hospitals around. You can find good schools too. It is also a working hub so overall it has it all at one place. The pollution level here is very high.

Lower Parel is connected by some very important roads, which make commuting very easy. Housing here is quite affordable and the residents are also good. The nearby slum areas don't look good.

A locality with good connectivity. There are offices of several big companies, so living here is very convenient for people who work here, like me. There is a lot of traffic around here, causing nuisance.
