Good things here

This locality is most safe locality for me and my family even during night time when we go out for walk. There are easily accessible local markets and malls nearby and the electricity charges are also reasonable and very less power cut is there. I have no issues regarding any water problem.

I have just shifted to Valasaravakkam & I love it here. I was surprised to see this well-developed locality offering quite affordable residential apartments and independent houses. Public transport along with cabs and autos are well-available too. I have no complains.

I need to travel all around the state for my work and Valasaravakkam never gives me any trouble as it has access to neighbouring areas. The only problem here is that the link roads connecting Arcot Road and Poonamallee High Road are broken.

Valasaravakkam is so close to the IT hub of Porur that I feel no issues traveling to & fro from office. Besides, the area has very good hospitals, schools and shopping malls around. It is also safe at night. I love it here.

It is a calm, peaceful, safe area, free of pollution and traffic, without any security problems. All basic amenities like schools, colleges, banks, ATMs, multispecialty hospitals are available nearby. It is also a land of many old and famous temples.
