It was actually a good area with lots of amenities, reputable schools like Adequate Shepard and Sartri Bhavan, and good transportation options. The oldest commercial district in Chennai is Nungambakkam. Loyola College is also nearby, and all of the shops are situated there.

There are readily available taxis and cars. There are reputable schools, colleges, top MNC business establishments, five-star hotels, and renowned hospitals nearby. All online shops and websites can be delivered. Only the most affluent areas of Chennai, including Nungambakkam, are centrally placed and offer easy access to all types of transportation, including malls, schools, and universities.

Three malls are close by, as is the Koyambedu bus stop. There are banks in the area. Since we have a direct connection to the koyambedu bus stand, the airport, and the central train station, the arrumbakkam metro station makes our neighbourhood a pleasant one.

Every e-commerce site and store is deliverable. Only the most affluent areas of Chennai, including Nungambakkam, are centrally positioned with all shopping, colleges, malls, and transportation of every type within easy walking distance.

One of Chennai's greatest and most affordable neighbourhoods is Nungambakkam. I had that precise search in mind. It provides a variety of affordable lodging options for people of all economic levels. Traveling from here is not a problem because of how well connected it is to other places.

Nungambakkam is an amazing place to live in. The best part is about its connectivity and its close proximity to Guindy industrial belt. It is even a safe place at all hours of the day. Overall a peaceful & affordable place.

I just love Nungambakkam as it offers a pretty decent lifestyle. It has several housing societies that make it a family-friendly locality. A lanned foot-over bridge at busy Nelson Manickam Road is being built here, which I feel will benefit the locals.

The area is quite expensive. Street lights are not in good condition, few places are very crowded, enough parking space is not available. A very bad thing about this area is there is no speed limit for vehicles near schools. Need to pay attention to cleanliness

The area is not clean at all, it is an unhygienic place to live. Bad smell comes out from some places due to uncleanliness, traffic jam is high in this area, roads are not well maintained, some roads don't have any parking space either.
