The hospital, public transport, and local transportation options are all within a 1 km radius. There's a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and all necessary amenities available here . construction quality is good and maintenance charges area 10 rs per feet podium parking is provided.read more

The society of this residence is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. They proposed us to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre, party halls etc. Construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. I think the upcoming project is highly recommended for all with lots of basic amenities.read more

This is a RERA registered project. I am a future dweller of this upcoming estate and I'm happy with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality yet. Rooms will be coloured with distemper colour and floors will be designed with beautiful patterns of tiles. They offered us attached balconies with every flats. The elevators are so fastest. Overall all the settlements are quite good as well.read more

So negativities of this place also are there. SV Road located in Goregaon West is a highly accident-prone area as the people reported. Garbage along MG Road in Goregaon West leads to foul stench and health concerns which is quite disturbing for the local people. Many water pipelines pass through nullahs and gutters in Goregaon West, causing water-borne diseases. Many slums including Bhagat Singh Nagar and Prem Nagar are located near the locale.read more
