Good things here

The connectivity was superb, making commuting a breeze with easy access to transportation options like auto cabs and buses. The presence of top-notch amenities such as a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a spacious clubhouse added to the overall quality of life. The community spirit was another highlight; people were incredibly cooperative and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was meticulously maintained, and the 24/7 power and water supply ensured that we never faced any disruptions. read more

Things need improvement

Found the maintenance of the lifts to be a significant issue. The lifts were often out of order, causing a lot of inconvenience, especially for residents living on higher floors. Even when they were operational, they were not well-maintained and frequently made strange noises, which made me feel unsafe. This lack of proper maintenance is a serious concern that the management needs to address. read more

CCTV is installed throughout the premises, ensuring comprehensive surveillance, while security guards are readily available to maintain safety. Elevators are operational and well-maintained for residents' convenience. Additionally, the society offers various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids, enhancing residents' quality of life. read more

Parking space is limited, leading to chaos among residents when it comes to parking. Unfortunately, there is no power backup, resulting in frequent power cuts. Additionally, water supply issues occur intermittently, with availability not guaranteed at all times. Roads outside the society are in poor condition, causing significant traffic congestion. Although amenities are available, none of them are functional. Moreover, cleaning and maintenance are not up to par, and residents are not particularly friendly. read more

Connectivity is excellent with easy availability of auto cabs and other services, ensuring hassle-free commuting. The roads are well-built, and a nearby metro station adds to convenience. Maintenance is exemplary, with timely services and cleanliness, including efficient garbage collection. The houses are spacious and well-ventilated, with no seepage or leakage issues reported in the past five years. All promised facilities in the project are accessible. read more

Things need improvement

There is an issue with the water in the society, as it is hard water, which can be harmful to health. Maintenance charges are separate for owners, and as a tenant, one has to pay more. The surrounding area of the society is commercial, lacking nearby restaurants, which would be beneficial to have. Occasionally, visitor parking can be problematic due to overcrowding. read more

Things need improvement

Better maintenance is needed and local RWA needs to take up the task more aptly. More functions at club room are desired. read more

Good things here

The society had all modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, play area, clubhouse, garden, and park. Garbage collection was timely, and the lifts were well-maintained. Air ventilation was very good, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage in the society. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. Autos, rickshaws, and cabs were easily available. Around the society, there were grocery shops, medical stores, and malls were under construction. Parking was available for everyone, and the quality of roads around the society was good; there were no issues with waterlogging. read more

The metro station was 17 kilometers away from the society. Overall, I didn't feel that there was anything that needed improvement; everything was very good. read more

Sector 89 is one of the most rapidly developing areas in Gurgaon. It is located on the upcoming Dwarka Expressway (Northern Peripheral Road), which will cut down the travel time between Delhi and Gurgaon, thus providing direct Delhi-Manesar connectivity.
