Godrej Properties launches new residential project in Gurgaon

Mumbai-based real estate developer, Godrej Properties, has announced that it will develop a group housing project in New Gurgaon, taking its total number of projects in the National Capital Region to 11

Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), on July 3, 2017, announced the addition of a new group housing project in Gurgaon.

The project will offer approximately 98,000 sq metres (approximately 1.05 million sq ft) of saleable area and will be developed as a modern group housing development. The project is located 5 kms from NH-8 and is easily accessible via a network of main sector roads. This is GPL’s eleventh project within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Commenting on the project, Pirojsha Godrej, executive chairman of Godrej Properties said, “We are happy to add this new project in Gurgaon. This fits with our strategy of building our presence in the country’s leading real estate markets. We look forward to delivering an outstanding project.”

Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 13.32 million sq metres (136.34 million sq ft) in 12 cities.
