Good things here

The maintenance team does an incredible job of keeping everything clean and hygienic, ensuring a pleasant environment for all residents. Water quality and supply are consistently reliable, adding to the convenience of daily life. The friendly and cooperative atmosphere among neighbors fosters a true sense of community. Security is perfectly managed with CCTV cameras in place, and the consistently functioning lifts add an extra layer of comfort. Regular painting ensures the property looks well-maintained. Additionally, ample parking space means I never have to worry about finding a spot for my car.read more

Things need improvement

The society's construction quality is mediocre, and we occasionally experience seepage and leakage problems. Access to public transportation such as autos, buses, and metro stations is limited around the area, making commuting more challenging. Road conditions deteriorate significantly during the rainy season, leading to frequent waterlogging. Despite the presence of amenities, they are not adequately maintained, which is disheartening.read more

Good things here

The proximity of public transportation, shops, schools, and other amenities makes managing my daily routines much easier. I'm thankful for the effort made to keep our surroundings clean and hygienic, which enhances our living environment. Facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security guards contribute to my peace of mind, ensuring safety measures are in place. Moreover, having amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids within our society is wonderful. It offers relaxation and recreation opportunities close to home.read more

Things need improvement

There are several problems in the society. The roads around the society are not well-constructed, leading to waterlogging issues during rainfall and traffic problems. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is poor, with significant seepage problems. Moreover, the maintenance of the society is not up to par, with one lift often out of service, and the available amenities are also not well-maintained.read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is excellent with a nearby metro station and readily available auto cabs. The build quality is excellent, and there have been no issues with leakage in the society so far. The rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. All modern amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. Navigation within the society is efficient. Allocated parking spaces for homeowners and visitors are available. The society benefits from 24/7 water and electricity supply. Safety features like fire exits and fire extinguishers are in place, with guards stationed at entrances and CCTV surveillance covering all areas. The lifts are well-maintained with timely servicingcarriedout.read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance charges were quite high. The maintenance team had never conducted an earthquake readiness test to assess the society's preparedness. There were also stray dog around the society that posed risks to residents. The approach route to the society was in poor condition, and there were issues with accessing the societyviathisroute.read more
