Good things here
The connectivity in the area was good, with local transport readily available. Essential groceries could be obtained nearby, and there was a local market close to the society. Electricity was available 24 hours a day. Parking was allocated for owners and visitors but not for tenants. Security guards monitored the parking slots 24/7 in the society. Cleanliness and garbage collection were maintained and conducted on�a�daily�basis.read more
Things need improvement
The railway station was not nearby the society. People were busy in their own lives, and there was minimal interference with each other in the society. However, the build quality was lacking, with issues such as bathroom seepage and weak, non-noise-proof walls. At the time, there were no amenities available as they were still under construction. Additionally, water was not available 24x7, requiring residents to store water and facing irregular supply. Tenants were not permitted to use the society's parking space, which was a disadvantage. Furthermore, CCTV coverage was limited to the ground and entrance areas, and pets were not allowed on the premises, including feeding stray�dogs�nearby.read more

Good things here
All the roads inside or outside the society are in good condition. We have good security system, securuty guards are properly functional and does their duties. CCTV cameras are present all over thee society and all are functional. There are both service lifts and resident lifts available and functional properly. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together.read more
Things need improvement
There is no power backup in the society, we have to wait for the electricity to come back. Availability of public transport is a bit less around the society, auto and taxi are not available. There are no gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in amenities in the society The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the top floors. But things are resolved when complaints are raised. The main concern of this society is with water, there is no water supply. We are facing some issues with the water supply.read more

I'm pleased to say that public transport, including auto-rickshaws and cabs, is easily accessible around my society, so transportation isn't an issue for me. Things need improvement
In my experience, the roads surrounding the society are in very poor condition, riddled with potholes that create significant traffic congestion and inconvenience. The maintenance of the society leaves much to be desired, with frequent breakdowns of the lifts and inconsistent garbage collection, leading to cleanliness issues. Furthermore, the construction quality is disappointing, as low-quality materials used by the builder have resulted in severe seepage problems. These are the challenges that residents, including myself, have to contend with in the society.read more
