Water facilities in our society are excellent, with a dependable 24/7 supply sourced from a borewell system. We also have reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups. The construction quality is robust, with no issues of leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. Residents enjoy well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area. Nearby hospitals and police stations provide convenient access during emergencies. We also celebrate various festivals like Pongal and Holi together within the society, enhancing community spirit and enjoyment.read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity in our society is severely lacking, with frequent unavailability of cabs and autos, making commuting challenging. Maintenance services are also inadequate, with uncooperative staff exacerbating the inconvenience. The cleanliness standards in the society are very poor, and maintenance of other facilities is often delayed, further adding to residents' inconvenience. The cleaning staff's performance is subpar, contributing to excessive dust accumulation outside, which is highly inconvenient. The overall premises are poorly maintained, and occasional issues with the water supply need prompt resolution. The garbage area on the right side of the society is consistently full and poorly maintained, making garbage disposal a persistent inconvenience.read more

The surrounding community is known for its friendly and well-educated residents. We come together to celebrate various festivals such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Ram Navami, Diwali, and Navaratri. Connectivity-wise, we have supermarkets, grocery stores, and a bus stop within 500 meters, while a shopping mall, schools, hospitals, theaters, and a metro station are within 2 km. Street lights are functional, ensuring safety, and there is ample parking space available. Amenities in our community include a clubhouse, table tennis, multipurpose court, basketball court, badminton court, swimming pool, gym, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance is efficient, with regular cleaning and garbage collection services. We have a reliable power supply, and our lifts are well-maintained for residents' convenience.read more

Things need improvement

The road conditions in our area are poor, with numerous potholes causing inconvenience. Additionally, we are experiencing water problems, including seepage issues that are affecting the swimming pool. Urgent maintenance and repairs are needed to address these issues promptly.read more

Connectivity like cabs and auto rickshaws is easily available. The traffic situation is very good, and there are power backups in place. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect both wet and dry waste despite the intensity. The building is very good compared to other apartments nearby. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The parking area is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available. The greenery around the area is excellent. We can celebrate every festival here, and everyone enjoys it. Security is very tight in the society. Cleaning is very good, and they keep the area hygienic.read more

The water facility is not good in this area; water depends on the tank, which is inconvenient. Maintenance is expensive. Construction quality is very poor compared to other places in the area. Good things here

I have been staying in the society for the past six years, and for the first four years, it was good. I have no issues with garbage collection or maintenance. Connectivity is also good as Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and railway stations and airports are not far away. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming.read more

Things need improvement

In the past two years, I have faced many problems. The water from the tap is unclean, and there is a seepage issue. One of the lifts is frequently under maintenance. The water in the flush is dirty. The lawns are unkempt, as leaves and debris are not cleaned daily. My doorbell doesn't work. Although the water scarcity issue has been solved, there is still no water in the pool.read more
