Mahindra Lifespace acquires 9.4 acre in Whitefield, Bangalore

The company is expecting a revenue of around Rs 1,700 crore from this investment.

March 13, 2024: Mahindra Lifespace Developers on March 12 announced that it has acquired 9.4 acre in Whitefield, Bengaluru to develop a housing project. The company is looking at an estimated revenue of around Rs 1,700 crore through this investment, it mentioned in a regulatory filing.

The land will have around 1.2 million square foot (msf) of FSI potential and will consist of mid-premium residential apartments. According to Mahindra Lifespaces, the company is looking at launching the project’s first phase within the next twelve months.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers managing director and CEO Amit Kumar Sinha, said, “Bengaluru continues to remain a focus market for us and we are excited to expand our footprint within the city. This aligns with our strategy to deepen our presence in India’s thriving urban centres, particularly within our focus markets”.
