Good things here

There is ample amount of parking space in the society. Garbage collection is fantastic as timely collections are done. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Water logging issues are not faced at all, drainange system of the society is good. I have also not faced any electricity issues. The ventilation is very good. Society is very peaceful. Designated parking space is alloted to all. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. There are 2 Lifts available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are pet friendly and People are decent and cooperative towards each other in the society Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park and central parks are available in the society.read more

Things need improvement

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. I feel that the RWA does not maintain the society nicely. Occationally public transport is available, Everytime public transport is not available outside the society. Very limited autos are available. Issues are not resolved on time, continuous follow ups has to be done. The constructuion quality is not good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced a lot in the society. There is no balcony in my flat. Plaster quality is very poor.read more

Metro station is far from the society. I don't think there are any improvements required in the society. I've not faced any issues, the society is quite old but everything is maintained very well.read more

Good things here

The people here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere. They're spacious and well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living space. Connetivity is great. Everything within 1km range. Construction quality is very good. Swimming pool, garden, clubhouse are well maintained. Social life is great. Parking is sufficient. Its a secured society.read more

The society has open spaces with excellent lighting, a well-maintained clubhouse that hosts proper activities, and overall good maintenance. The KEM hospital is very close to the society, and in every aspect, the society is excellent with no problems.read more

Byculla is located in central Mumbai, with the neighborhoods of Nagpada, Mumbai Central, and Mahalaxmi to the west, Agripada and Jacob Circle to the north-west, Chinchpokli and Madanpura to the north, and Reay Road and Ghodapdeo to the north-east. Within the jurisdiction of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Byculla is part of Ward "E." Byculla was an outgrowth of the island of Mazagaon, which was one of the seven that eventually merged to form Mumbai in the late 18th century. It was low-lying Flats that were flooded by the Great Breach at Mahalaxmi at high tide. However, in 1784, the Hornby Vellard project successfully sealed the gap, effectively merging Bombay's seven islands into a single island. Real estate prices in Byculla, as in the rest of Mumbai, have risen dramatically in recent years. This is especially true in the Motisha Lane neighborhood, which is home to numerous luxurious high-rise apartments popular among Mumbai's wealthy Jain population. Byculla is home to an expanding number of Dawoodi Bohra and other orthodox Muslims, who, like other Gujaratis, are heavily involved in commerce.
