Sector 89 is one of the most rapidly developing areas in Gurgaon. It is located on the upcoming Dwarka Expressway (Northern Peripheral Road), which will cut down the travel time between Delhi and Gurgaon, thus providing direct Delhi-Manesar connectivity.
