Good things here

Living here has been a great experience. The school, hospital, and market nearby make life convenient. Each resident has designated parking, and the connectivity is excellent with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. The roads are in good condition, and the metro station is nearby, which is a big plus. Garbage collection is regular and properly segregated into wet and dry waste. The elevators are reliable and well-maintained. We enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply. There is no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is proper. The plaster and fittings are solid and well-done. We have modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse that are well-maintained. The neighbours are very friendly and cooperative, and we celebrate each festival together, making it feel like a close-knit community. For safety, there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, I am very satisfied with the facilities here.read more

The material used for construction is quite poor, leading to frequent leakage issues in multiple flats. Sometimes, plaster even falls off, which is concerning. The overall construction quality is disappointing, and the builder did not provide the amenities that were promised initially. Additionally, people with pets sometimes cause disturbances, which can be bothersome. Overall, the maintenance and quality of the buildings need significant improvement.read more

The people living in this society were very friendly and welcoming. There is a bus stop near the society, and auto-cab facilities are readily available. The connectivity is excellent. The society offers a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, garden, and park, all of which are well-maintained and fully functional. There is 24x7 water and electricity supply available. Safety is a priority, with CCTV cameras and guards at each entrance. Allocated parking spaces are provided in the society. Cleanliness is maintained diligently, with daily garbage collection in the society. Overall, the society is well-maintained and ensures a clean environment for�its�residents.read more

Things need improvement

The railway station is located around 12 km away from the society, which is quite far. The build quality of the society is not great, with issues like leakages and seepages. Initially, the builder was responsible for the repair costs, but now residents have to bear these expenses themselves, especially for internal issues that occur frequently. The handover of the building is still pending, and there is no management team or committee formed yet, leaving residents dependent on the builder for various�matters.read more

I have no issues at all with anything in this society. Everything is perfect, and there are no improvements needed. Connectivity is excellent; it's easy to get Ola, Uber, or get to the airport and railway station. Parking is ample for residents and guests, and there are no stray dog problems. All amenities are available and in good condition, making life very convenient. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with effective CCTV and security systems. The maintenance team is responsive and keeps everything in top shape. The construction quality is solid with no problems like leakage or seepage. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live.read more

The society has an adequate supply of drinking and utility water. It's clean and well-maintained, with functioning lifts. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and there's sufficient parking allotted for both visitors and residents. I don't feel very comfortable in the atmosphere of the society, there seems to be some politics involved. There's a slum area behind the society. No matter how much painting I do in my flat, there is still a seepage issue. It would be better if the society takes some waterproofing measures on the terrace to address the seepage problem. There are also leaks. There is no swimming pool in the society.read more

Overall, the society is good, but I feel that security could be improved further. There are quite a few restrictions in the society, such as not being allowed to keep a shoe rack or flower pot outside the flat. These restrictions apply to everyone, which I feel shouldn't�be�the�case.read more
