An otherwise good project is spoiled by poor maintenance, especially if you are a top floor owner. Dripping ceilings in houses and car parkings, swimming pool filled with bird poop, lifts that break down on daily basis.

It's a nice apartment complex. They have a good community here. Amenities are excellent. The apartments are bit costly. The location is nice and good transportation is available.

I stayed Concorde Midway city for few months. Nice place to stay here. Rooms are well maintained offering good ambience with lots of greenery. Awesome community and nice people.
