Within a short distance of less than one kilometer, residents have access to supermarkets, clinics, and bus stops, catering to their daily needs. Moreover, all school buses make stops near the society, ensuring convenience for families with children. Major hospitals are also within a 20-minute travel radius of the society, providing peace of mind in case of emergencies. The maintenance standards here are exceptional, with daily garbage collection, cleaning services, and uninterrupted water supply. Residents also enjoy well-kept amenities within the society premises, including a clubhouse offering gym and yoga classes, a refreshing swimming pool, ample play areas, and even a supermarket for added convenience.read more

During my time residing in this society, which ended approximately three months ago, I observed that the construction quality did not meet the expected standard. This was evident, in part, due to occasional dampness in the walls.
