Each resident has a separate, well-maintained garden. The construction quality is excellent, with good walls and plaster quality. The rooms are spacious and large, with no seepage issues and well-ventilated balconies. In terms of connectivity within the community, it is 1. 5 kilometers to the bus stop, petrol bunk, school, grocery stores, and supermarket. The roads are of good quality, and there are adequate street lights and ample parking space. The amenities are well-functioning, including indoor and outdoor games, a gym, a clubhouse, a walking track, a swimming pool, and a community hall. The surrounding residents are friendly, and we celebrate many festivals together. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning done daily, and garbage is collected every morning. The lift is also functioning well.read more
