Good things here

Connectivity is excellent as cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect waste daily. People are friendly and respectful here. Parking area is spacious. There is visitor parking available. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There are lots of hospitals nearby, which is very convenient for emergencies. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are nearby, making life very convenient.read more

Things need improvement

Autos are not available in the society. Whenever we book a cab, it doesn't come easily. The construction quality is poor; there are some leakage issues, which is very inconvenient. Parking is congested in the society. There is no metro station available nearby the society. The roads are not good in the society; they should be improved.read more

Cabs and autos are also available nearby, and if booked online, they will come to the society. The maintenance of the society is very good, with water facilities available 24/7 and power backup as well. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it every day, which is very convenient. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Parking is very secure, and there are visitor parking spaces as well. The locality of the society is very good.read more

We have a large open space where I enjoy walking and taking breaks. Location-wise, it's excellent with schools, hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets within 100 meters. The road condition is good, with street lights and ample parking. Maintenance includes daily cleaning and garbage collection. There is good water and power supply, and the lift functions well. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, badminton court, cricket pitch, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are available. The surrounding people are friendly and helpful.read more

There are leakage issues in the walls of the society, causing concern and requiring maintenance to address water ingress and maintain the structural integrity of the buildings.read more

There were no issues with power cuts or water supply. Cleanliness was maintained, and the amenities were decent. Residents were cooperative and decent, and all festivals were celebrated in the society. The flats were spacious, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage.read more

Autos were not readily available near the society; one had to go a little further to find them. When we lived in the society, amenities were still under construction there.read more
