Good things here

The management committee of the society performed their duties exceptionally well, and we never encountered any issues during our time there. The people were friendly and helpful, making our overall experience very positive. There were no problems with water or electricity, and everyone behaved appropriately, with no fights or arguments. All amenities were available and functioning properly.read more

Things need improvement

The major issue with the society was the construction quality. There were significant seepage problems, particularly in the master bedroom and the area near the kitchen lobby. The poor quality of construction materials used led to these issues. Additionally, if whitewash wasn't done regularly, mold would form on the walls, necessitating frequent maintenance.read more

The connectivity is good in the society , marjet area is very good like there are many option like malls are nearby , the society is hygineic, there is no parking issue in the flats , the construction quality is good like no ceiling and seepage issue , Gym,clubhouse,swimming pool are there , all people are professionals and eduacated working people in the societyread more
