Good things here

The construction quality here is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. Ventilation is proper, and the plaster and fittings are really good. There's a well-maintained garden, and the connectivity is great with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, which is very convenient. We have regular electricity and water supply, and the neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. The elevators are well-maintained, and the garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste.read more

Everything in the society is up to the mark except for the lack of amenities. There's no swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse available in the society. Other than that, everything is great.read more

The residents were cooperative, and local transport such as autos and buses was readily available. There were no traffic problems. Festivals were celebrated together, and hygiene was well-maintained with water available 24/7. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and any issues in the society were quickly resolved.read more

I have a few concerns. Connectivity is somewhat problematic since only online-booked cabs are available. Additionally, there are limited amenities, with only a park in place. I've also encountered issues with parking. I believe that improving connectivity and adding more amenities would greatly enhance the living experience here.read more
