I have booked 2BHK flat with spacious interiors and balconies in each bedroom. Every room has a bathroom with modern fixtures. Also the location is great where top companies are located. It is close to offices, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, schools and hospitals at almost arm’s length.

Everything in this locality is top class from wide roads and safety levels to mobile tower networks and social infrastructure. Neighbourhood is ultra-posh and safe with the best amenities in the form of restaurants, malls, supermarkets, salons and hospitals with some good schools also.

Overall, Sheth Beaumonte is best for those who want to have long-term investment plan. Neighbourhood is ultra-safe with the best facilities. Water logging is however a great leveller since it creates traffic jams at times. Yet WFH is a breeze with good mobile tower and serene ambience overall.
