Big society with ample space for walkers inside campus. Fully functional big swimming pool and kid's pool. Clubhouse and community hall available for private or community functions. No big concern as such. The garden area needs to be trimmed regularly. Basement parking should be well marked with flat numbers.read more

The major problem in our society is traffic congestion within a 1km radius, primarily caused by the railway gate near our community. Sometimes, it takes an excessive amount of time to open the gate, leading to inconvenience and wasted time for commuters. Additionally, there is a lack of greenery within the society premises. Another significant concern is the water shortage issue, particularly during the summer months.read more

Garbage collection is very good; they collect and dry separate waste in the society. Hospitals are available within a 1-kilometer radius from the society for emergencies. Schools are also available within the society within a 300-meter radius. Ventilation in the flats is very spacious, providing ample sunlight and fresh air.read more

Construction quality is not good; there are some minor issues in the flats, such as leakage in walls, and there are also some drainage issues in parking areas.
