In this society, connectivity is excellent due to its proximity to IT companies, which are situated within 1 to 2 kilometers of the community. This is a small community with around 70 families residing here. Nearby schools and markets are also conveniently located approximately 1 kilometer away from the society. The maintenance of this society is commendable, with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection services. The maintenance charges are Rs. 4000 per month, which is considered reasonable given the quality of services provided. Various amenities are available within the society, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, and a small play area for kids. The construction quality of the buildings is robust, with no major complaints reported.read more

People are very respectful in the community. Connectivity with cabs and autorickshaws is readily available in the city if we book through apps like Ola or Uber. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. We can conduct celebrations in the society like festivals or birthdays, but only a few at a time. The greenery in the society is very pleasant and well-kept.read more

Amenities in the society include a football court, indoor gaming area, all of which are not available for use. Maintenance charges are expencive and prevalent. Public transport stops are also available around the area, approximately every 2 kilometers. The metro station is 1. 5 kilometers away, which adds to the inconvenience.read more

Transportation options are good. Basement parking is available. There are two elevators, both for passengers. Plaster and ventilation are good, and there is no seepage. The gym, clubhouse, and play area were well maintained. CCTV and security are operational. People in the society are cooperative. Painting was done two years ago. Garbage is segregated and disposed of regularly.read more

The corridors, balconies, and common areas are properly cleaned, and the elevators are well-maintained, safe, and secure. Garbage is collected frequently, and we have a reliable water and power supply. The landscaping is impressive, with greenery everywhere, making our community stand out compared to others. Additionally, our location is convenient, with the outer ring road just 1 km away. This proximity provides easy access to bus stops, supermarkets, hospitals, ATMs, and well-functioning streetlights.
