There are large number of markets and shopping malls in here. The properties here are affordable but this place is not safe at night time.

Airport-Kilambakkam The construction of a metro line could begin in 2019. Airport and Chennai Central will be connected by metro till Wimco Nagar Pandian street subway is fully renovated, the metro will operate.

Passengers can board trains at a metro train station and travel to Chennai Central and the Tirusulam suburban railway stations. Nearer to Tirusulam is a big market called Pallavaram Sandhai.
