Good things here

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book and use it. People are very friendly in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Parking is also available in the society, but my car is small. There is a visitor parking area in the society. The greenery in the society is very good and well-maintained.read more

Things need improvement

During summer, there is a water shortage in the society. Construction quality is poor, with some minor plumbing issues persisting. Buses are not available nearby in the society. The metro is also available but it's located around 2-3 kilometers away. The roads in E-block are not in good condition; they should be improved.read more

There is a good walking space outside the society. Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book. Water facility is very good, and there is power backup available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation is available less than 1 km from the society, which is convenient. Parking area is spacious. There is visitor parking in the society.read more

The metro station is available around 3 km away from the society. Hospitals are available around 4 km away from the society. Manipal Hospital is far from the society.read more

Cabs and autos are readily available in the society, which also offers amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and children's play area. The greenery is well-maintained, and public transportation is convenient, with stops within 500 meters and a metro station also nearby within the same distance. Various shops and hospitals are easily accessible within 2-3 km. The lift maintenance is excellent, and there is ample outdoor space for walking, enhancing convenience in the society.read more

The society lacks a clubhouse and party area, which could be improved to enhance its aesthetic appeal. This could include enhancing landscaping and establishing community centers.read more

Good things here

Near the society, there are schools, hospitals, and markets. Autos and buses are easily accessible. Ventilation in my flat is good. Festivals are celebrated very well in the society, and the residents are decent.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is very poor; even if you put a nail in the wall, the entire cement comes off from the wall. There are severe seepage issues in my bathroom. The society's swimming pool is sometimes operational and sometimes closed. The gym is not well-maintained. Cleanliness is not properly maintained; the new housekeeping staff is not efficient. There is no sunlight in my flat. The lifts give some problem almost every week.read more

Good things here

Everything else here is great. There are no issues with construction. The construction is solid with no problems of seepage, leakage, cracks, ventilation, or termites. We have all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they are in perfect condition. Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and railway stations are not far away. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe.read more

The cleaning is not good as mopping should be done properly. This makes the place look untidy. Also, the airport is far away, which can be inconvenient for frequent travellers. But other than that, everything else is good.read more
