Good things here

I appreciate the excellent construction quality, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fitting in the apartments. Having modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse that are well-maintained is a big plus. The good connectivity with well-maintained roads, along with nearby hospitals and markets, adds to the convenience. Designated parking for each resident and guest parking is also appreciated. The neighborhood benefits from very nice and friendly cooperative neighbors who are always ready to help. It's also reassuring to have well-maintained elevators, CCTV cameras, security guards, and regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation.read more

Things need improvement

There are some cleaning issues in the society that could be improved. Additionally, the presence of stray dogs is a concern. However, apart from these issues, everything else is great with no complaints about connectivity, construction, or any other aspects.read more

It was a good place to live, but it had been better to have parks nearby; the apartment had all the amenities that are like the most modern ones. Throughout India, I had been to a lot of apartments, but this one was unique.
