Good things here
Mostly Marathi festivals are celebrated in the society. No issues regarding water , electricity supply . No issues regarding leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good connectivity with availability of cabs, autos and public transport .read more
Things need improvement
No amenities, like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park in the society which can be a issue for some people living there . There are too many mosquitos due to bad drainage system and nearby Musi river. Hygiene is not good in the society.read more

Auto cabs are easily available, there's ample parking including basement parking, there's no traffic, construction quality is good, flats are well-ventilated, there's no seepage, elevators are functional, there's plenty of greenery in the back open areas, the society is clean, and people are friendly.read more
Things need improvement
The gym is not well-furnished with broken or inadequate equipment, and the swimming pool area attracts potentially risky species like snakes, making it unsafe for swimming.read more
