Good things here
Connectivity is excellent with autos, cabs, the metro, and the railway station nearby. Construction is solid without any issues, and amenities are great, meeting all our needs. The neighbourhood is friendly, and security is reliable with CCTV. Parking, including guest parking, is convenient.read more

While most aspects are great here, garbage collection is a major issue. but rest is great from Connectivity, Construction, Amenities and Neighbourhood.read more

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation like buses is also available in the society, which is convenient. Water facility is very good in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, at $1500 per month in the society. People are very friendly and positive-minded in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. Facilities like malls, supermarkets, and markets are available within a walkable distance from the society.read more

Amenities like swimming pool, club house, and gym are not available in the society. However, there is a nearby metro station. Pollution is present around the society due to garbage being burned in the vicinity.read more

Cabs are available in side of the society if we book ola. The autos are avilable at out side gate of the society is convienent. Maintaining of lift is very smooth and saftey concerns.read more

Swimming pool is not provide in the society is inconvienet for kids joyable activities. Railway station is very far from the society in between 6 kms. The metro station is 4 kms from the society is inconvienet for resdents.read more
