Parking is easily accessible, and public transportation options such as buses are conveniently located within walking distance from the estate. The estate features pleasant greenery, creating a serene environment. Nearby shops provide quick access for emergencies, and the presence of a supermarket within the estate adds to the convenience for residents' shopping needs.read more

Being a resident at 7 Hills apartment! it has a good connection to transport such as buses and cabs. and it is available easily. Apartments are nice & convenient location. Not all amenities here, but peace & quiet make it worth it everything I need is nearbyread more

Lack of amenities like community and have Quiet atmosphere may be negative for some potential residents and I also feel it's too quiet sometimes. if that can be improved it can be great living here.read more

Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro. The railway station is nearby, making commuting easy, and the airport, while a bit far, is still reachable for travel. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Maintenance in general is adequate, ensuring most things are kept in order. The construction quality is solid, with no major issues. Amenities such as the garden, gym, and parks are well-maintained and enjoyable. Security is generally good, with CCTV coverage and ample parking, including guest spaces. Stray dog management is effectiveread more

Things need improvement

The service lift is dirty, and there are cockroaches. The kitchen sink often gets clogged, and the washing area has water clogging issues. The timings for adults to use the cricket net are only from 8-9 pm, but there is no light during that time, so we cannot play. We even had an argument with a security guard about this, and he pushed us away, which was very upsetting.read more

Very decent 9 year old gated community with large brand new club house with lots of amenities and excellent connectivity. Carpet area is highest for the same built up area in entire Hyderabad.read more
