Rajapushpa Properties to launch three projects in Hyderabad


Hyderabad-based real estate developer, Rajapushpa Properties, has announced the launch of two residential and one commercial property, in the Kokapet, Tellapur and Gachibowli regions

Real estate developer Rajapushpa Properties, has announced the launch of three new projects in Hyderabad – Rajapushpa Regalia (at Kokapet), Rajapushpa Greendale (at Tellapur) and The Summit (in the heart of financial district at Gachibowli).

Rajapushpa Regalia will have three towers, with apartments measuring 1,610-2,600 sq ft, along with amenities like a clubhouse of 37,500 sq ft, triple-level car parking spaces, an amphitheater and other ultra-modern facilities. Rajapushpa Greendale, a gated community that consist of 265 villas, will span 42 acres of verdant landscapes and waterscapes. Its location is in close proximity to the major IT hubs, elite schools and malls. The Summit, on the other hand, will be a Grade A IT building, spread over 5,00,000 sq ft and will be specially designed to offer a work friendly environment, right in the heart of financial district, Gachibowli. The building will be a ground plus 11 floor structure, with three basements.

Established in 2006, Rajapushpa Properties Pvt Ltd has developed projects like Silicon Ridge at Attapur, Stone Ridge at Kondapur, The Retreat at Gachibowli-Kokapet area, luxury villas like Open Skies and Canon Dale and Rajapushpa Atria at Kokapet-Gachibowli. Phase 1 of Atria, with 650 apartments has already been handed over and phase 2 is scheduled to be delivered in 2018.
