Good things here

The street lights are well maintained so that we can even walk at even 10 PM in night also and i feel this area very safe for my family

Heavy floods pose a threat but normal rains dont. No other issues with the locality. Nothing to dislike as such.

The neighbourhood is clean and pleasant. And this is a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Noise pollution is kept to a minimum. Water service is decent, and all types of shops are nearby; we don't have to travel far to buy stuff. It has less traffic, a peaceful environment, and clean roads when compared to other areas in Chennai.

KK Nagar is a fantastic area in Chennai. This includes all of the benefits that a residential area requires. All fundamental amenities, such as schools, colleges, and hospitals, are close. Every kind of transportation is available, and the new MRT station at Ashok Nagar is nearby. MGR Nagar, a popular market in the evenings, also has bazaars for various types of shopping. The upscale Spar at Forum Vijaya Mall, as well as Big Bazaar Vadapalani, are both nearby.

Good public transit and everything is available near the market and shop temple and it is nicely kept, as is the park and children's play area. Also, well-maintained and extremely good schools in the vicinity for both private and public schools, as well as a hospital, and abundant parking spots

This neighbourhood has many parks where I used to play badminton with my friends. The parks are well maintained by the corporation, and the people who live here are very friendly. We have everything from grocery stores to shopping malls, and we have some top-rated schools in our neighbourhood. Popular places like T Nagar Koyambed are only a few kilometres away.

This is primarily a residential area with a high level of safety and security. Power outages are quite rare. The area is kept tidy. There are enough street lights. There are well-kept parks available. Medical dispensaries, supermarkets, and other necessities are available, and schools are nearby. Here reside educated individuals from all around India. The best part of the Holi festival is celebrated here.
