Good things here

The amenities are great. We have a nice gym, a clean swimming pool, and a children's play area and garden. Connectivity is perfect with easy access to Ola, uber, autos, trains and airports. The construction is strong and the buildings look nice as well. Maintenance is always done on time, keeping the place clean and fixed. The neighbourhood is safe and the people are kind.read more

Baguiati is a locality in Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is close to Kolkata and also a part of the area covered by the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Baguiati lies off the Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, popularly known as VIP Road, in the north eastern periphery of Kolkata. It is developing into an important commercial and trade center. Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Krishnapur (more popularly known as Kestopur), Teghoria, Kaikhali, New Town, and Salt Lake cities are the nearby areas of Baguiati. Baguiati is a prominent locality placed on the VIP Road. The locality is a residential hub in the north-eastern part of Kolkata. It comes under the jurisdiction of Bidhan Nagar Municipal Corporation and is a part of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Several prime localities near Baguiati are Dumdum, Keshtopur, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, Lake Town, Bangur Avenue, and New Town. Most of the residential projects in this location are small-scale apartment complexes due to the lack of ample open land.
