This property is situated in the heart of the GIDC residential area of Ankleshwar with many clinics, specialty and super specialty hospitals in walking distances. The local vegetable market is a stones throw from the property, Cinema theater like Rajhans is 5 mins drive. You will never go hungry to bed even as we have so many good restaurants and street food options near by. 2 good bakeries right in front of the house. Frequent auto service to and from the station and anywhere in GIDC is available as soon as you step out of the society gate. Absolutely safe place for both women and children with the GIDC police station just 5-10 mins away.

NOTHING! I grew up in that house, and I have seen that locality grow. It is with a very heavy heart that we're planning to sell this.

Good things here
Great Place to live with family. All neighbors are family with friendliness behavior. Main road is just opposite to budling were all big schools, hospitals, shopping complex, parks and opening is just within 2 km.
Things need improvement
Nothing is disappointing living in this area. Well ventilated house with ample parking space. Terrace and balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset
