Alba colony is well know for decent people. It is half a kilometer away from Phulwarisharif main Road.

It has well connected Road but not many schools. There can be good Park nearby which is missing just like most of areas of patna.

Generally crime rates are lower here. Police patrolling is regular. Many Schools, Colleges are available here. Various malls and diverse market are accessible here. Patna Aiims hospital is also situated there. Locality is maintained. but pollution is seen easily.
Things need improvement
Air pollution is high but low as compared to other patna's areas. Road quality is not good and drainage systems are not so well maintained due to this water logging can be seen easily. In Aiims patna road water logging can be seen easily this is a big problem here.

Hello, This is my first location in patna. which is very good in road traffic and also pollution is very low. in this location no any water clogging in mansoon session. and all things as easily available which is school, malls, restaurant etc.

This is very high rated place of patna when I lived here some time ago I feel very secure and happy in this area all type of transportation is easily accessible cab and other facility also supported. school and hospital are well develop. local market is near of 750m. I never face water shortage. restaurant are well infrastructure near the colony

This flat is available on 2nd floor .This is a 4floor building.You get friendly neighbour.you will never face water problem.Crowd free area, green environment with plants.Hospitals and school are nearby available

The locality is well maintained. it is clean all the times, I haven't facel any pollution issues in this area. the electric charges are low and there is no frequent power cuts. the school malls and the restaurants are easily accessible in this locality. the street light are good and the day are well let the for waking post 9:00 p.m. I feel slightly unsafe for myself and my family in the night time within this locality

Water supply is very good in this area I like it very much all time water is available. electricity charges are at reasonable price no power cuts in this area all transport are available nearby. malls market are very close to this area. yes streetlight are safe and it is usable at night. I feel safe in the nighttime and girl are also safe.

yes, offcourse I feel very safe & realistic with my surroundings bcoz my society and neighbours are so sweet and humble toward me and my family. so I'm so happy with my society. My Area cleaning department is very disciplined they clean & fresh my society daily. So my society is neat & clean. Yes my society is developed so every car and others vehicles comes very easily & we can also out till night without any fear & the transportation system is good and everything available. My society is on the way of development. not too much developed not to much undeveloped so it's on developing stage. & Many new things are established here such like new meter of electricity, rechargeable meter & the charges is also quite high but it's good bcoz we will well discipline about our household & need to pay the charges on time. so I think it's good. YES, many times ago my society is a gangster and crime is on the peak but after government change the crime report/cases also down and it's about zero. After all, history of my society is very cruel in other hand present is so sweet and good. thanks

i think this is one of the safe and good place in bihar. if you are thinking toh live here then go for it👍. There are a lot of shops near by. I saw it a lot of times whenever i come there.
