Good things here

Every utility is nearby. Proper residential area. Also in coming years, redevelopment is considered. Only 11 flats in society hence that will be pretty fast. Need urgent money hence selling it.

Things need improvement

Nothing actually to dislike about this area. It is located in heart of the city still away from all the hustle-bustle of the city.
