WALL FINISH: Outside plaster of the building shall be painted with Weather coat/shield, inside wall of room will be finished by Wall Putty.
DOOR: Door frame shall be made of good quality Sal Wood of 4" X 2.5" X 6'-6" Height. All Doors shutter except bathroom will be single leaf phenol bonded compact waterproof flush door and Bathroom's frame and Door Shutter will he PVC. Main door shall be made by wood.
WINDOW: All windows shall be made by Aluminium frame and Glass with integrated Grill provided with 3mm. Frosted glass and also 2 coats primer complete. Fan light for bath room shall be made by steel.
FLOOR: Floor Tiles/Marble (2' X 2') with dado.
KITCHEN: Cooking platform by Blakstone and Stainless steel Sink will be provided with extra rack and up to 3'-O" height Glaze Tiles on cooking Platform. Floor will be made by Floor tiles./Marble (2' X 2')
TOILET: Floor tiles on floor. Dado up to 6'.-0" height from floor with glazed tiles. One Shower including concealed stop Cock (Jaguar/Mark) One European Commode including low down cistern. One white Basin will be provided on Dining space only. One O.T. pan in other Toilet, Two nos. Tap in each Toilet. One Geyser point in one Toilet to be provided.
SANITARY & WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM: All inside plumbing work to be concealed with ISI GI pipes and fittings. All sanitary fittings are ISI marks. Required size of over head tank and under ground water storage tank to be provided.
ELECTRICAL WORK: All Electrical wiring will be concealed 181 standard Switches (Anchor). Plugs, Sockets, Power plug etc. of renowned company to be provided. 4 nos. electrical point will be provided for each bed room and one power point for Refrigerator only. Point of Air-Condition in one bed room only.

this area is very nice. everyone like together. the electricity supply is good which is the all the time and the connectivity fare is also simple.l there is no problem of water shortage there are good moles and restaurants nearby and school and malls nearby temples nearby weekly market is also nearby there are grocery shop nearby beauty parlour and hair cutting shop nearby public transports and like a taxi facility and auto facilities available every time there is goods and good for hospital kids play with other peoples and social is other. read more

Good things here

This area is very nice, everyone lives here together.The electricity supply is good which is there all the time and the electricity fare is also normal. there is no problem of water shortage. There are good malls and restaurants nearby. There are temples nearby and a weekly market is also nearby. There is a grocery shop nearby where you can get all the things.Public transportation and taxi facility is also good which is available every time. There is a good school and hospital nearby. Good things here

The locality is clean and peaceful. Local market and mall avaliable in the area so you can buy your necessary items easily. Hospital and medical store also available in the area. Many school,resturent present in the locality. Electric charges normal and power cuts also rare. Cabs and Buses available most of the time in the locality. read more
