The fact that parking is allotted to all residents ensures that finding parking spaces is never a hassle, which is a huge relief. Additionally, the functional CCTV cameras, along with a good security system and available security guards, contribute to a strong sense of safety and security within the community. The high construction quality of the society's buildings is reassuring, as it means we don't have to worry about common issues like seepage, leakage, or waterlogging. The presence of a good drainage system further ensures that waterlogging issues are effectively mitigated, even during heavy rains.read more

Stray dogs issues are happening a lot. they bite people and it's not safe for kids. facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids were promised by the builder but are not available in the society. I had a very positive experience with the maintenance services in my society. Being able to access all services online made it convenient to request assistance whenever needed, and the fact that garbage collection was done on time ensured that cleanliness was maintained throughout the area. Additionally, I was impressed by the construction quality of the buildings. The flats were well-ventilated, and I didn't encounter any issues with seepage or water leakage, which was a relief. One of the best parts of living in the society was the friendly atmosphere. There were no conflicts or arguments among residents, and everyone got along well. Building those positive relationships with my neighbors made it feel like a true community.read more
