The project here is very good in terms of connectivity, accessibility, and convenience. Well-constructed homes with great views make your day. Connectivity is at par as you can reach any place in just a matter of a few minutes. All sorts of transportation options are available because all major hospitals, schools, colleges are nearby which further makes this place desirable to live comfortably. Water supply is available and you never face any problems in this matter. Anyways, the street lights are good which keeps the area well-lit and the crime rate is negligible. read more

It is part of the New Town Kolkata Development Authority and is located in the North 24 Parganas district. Etc. Anyways I feel that the prices are on the higher side also there is a regular mobile network issue which creates concerns for people who do work from home. Otherwise, the connectivity, safety, availability of lush greenery as well nearby markets, malls, schools, and colleges makes keep it ahead of other projects. read more
