The bungalow includes all amenities. The bungalow has power back up and motion sensor cameras added. In total 20 plus cameras added around the Garden, terrace and inside house. House is surrounded by garden includes mango and coconut trees, full greenery around. Has two covered parking as well as, huge water tanks 3 storage and solar available. Floorings are marbonite. 3 Master bedrooms and 3 western plus 1 Indian toilet available.
