Good things here

This place is very close to my heart as I have been leaving in this place for last 22 years as it is my birth place and the locality is amazing, there are all the facilities available for us in this area specially the easy access to train and metro and all the food shopping centres, supermarkets and even the online grocery marts. The environment is amazing the people are also amazing.read more

Things need improvement

There are not many disadvantages of the Diwale Goan but I would like to highlight some as a terrible Parking issues going on since some years as it is getting more populated which needs to be fixed somehow.and other than this there are no drawbacks for Diwale Goan. Everything else is absolutely amazing and great to live a life.read more

The neighbourhood in Belapur Sector 15 is in a great state of development. It's kept clean by the municipality once daily. Schools and colleges are conveniently located within walking distance. For transportation there are plenty of options available including buses, cabs, auto rickshaws. The nearest railway station is only a short stroll away. The high speed internet connection is a huge advantage around here.read more

Things need improvement

Due to nearby factories and industrial growth, there is a rise in the number of cars, which in turn, is increasing pollution levels. Sidewalks and pedestrian paths are not well maintained making walking difficult. No Metro connection is available here. Traffic is a concern, leading to issues with the parking spaces is always a headache. It is common to see people are arguing over parking spots.read more

Full care is taken of security here. CCTV cameras have been installed and security guards are also deployed.Good schools are available nearby. Hospital facility is also available. A weekly market is also held nearby. Shopping mall and many stores are just a short distance away.bus, taxi easily available every time.read more

There are potholes at many places on the road which need to be repaired.There are more mosquitoes here during the rains. There is no good fruit shop nearby.There are very few book shops here.read more
