Manikonda is a commercial hub and residential suburb in Hyderabad. It is located in the common capital area shared between the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Manikonda Vs. Mayuri Nagar, Hyderabad
Am searching for a property, found two as best, one in manikonda Shiridi Sai nagar of 33Lakhs includes amenities (1st floor, 1240 sft 2BHK) and 25.5Lakhs (5th floor, 1140 sft 2BHK). Please suggest me which one will be good by comparing price and travelling to my office in gachibowli? Thanks in advance
